When it came to picking Brenda Brant for my realtor there were no questions. She helped my son 10 years ago purchase his first home. She'd been in the business just a few years. I knew that when the time came for us to sell our home that we would be using Brenda as our realtor. She assisted us in buying and selling our properties. You never know what you're going to get and it's a very emotional.. Brenda tolerated text messages at 2:00 a.m. as I would have thoughts about what was going on or how the process was working. I'm not saying she answered me at 2:00 a.m. but I'm things you never said no, you have certain hours you can reach me She was always reachable 24/7. Brenda had numerous showings as many as we wanted for our home and marketed our home professionally as well as having professional photographers come in to do the photos. Brenda also showed us numerous condos and homes in Sun City. On a whim as quickly as I would ask we were generally able to see something that was for sale. She is at your service! I would without a doubt have Brenda as my realtor over again and again without question. I highly recommend her and I think you can do no better. She is the by far"Sharpest realtor' in town!!
